South Brooklyn Townhouse

The top to bottom renovation of this classic Brooklyn townhouse was a phased project for and by the Kaths. Kalina and Erik purchased the home and first renovated the top floor, followed by the main level, and lastly, the lower level which included excavating 6” of soil and pouring a new slab. Each phase included renting various spaces to provide funds for the next phase. In the end, a completely renovated home was achieved for a low price.
