Kensington Renovation

A swift renovation of a 2 bedroom apartment was needed for this family of four. Concepts included creating visual access between kitchen and living as well as a new peninsula worktop/bar. In the master bedroom, an existing inefficient closet was removed and new slim millwork closets installed in it’s place allowing for additional storage accessible from the hallway. The bathroom was gut renovated with a trendy black and white palette. The main goal: to create a more functional and open feeling space on a small budget and short timeline.
