Pine Chalet

A second chalet project located in the Poconos mountain region of Pennsylvania, the “Pine Chalet” has an upscale feel with its pine-clad walls and ceiling. Purchased in its original 1970’s + 1990’s renovated state, the Kaths quickly transformed it visually and functionally: a new roof, encapsulated crawlspace, flooring, paint, fixtures and furniture refreshed this outdated but worthy chalet vacation home.
